Iyengar Yoga Class


Yoga is for everyone of all ages and all body types. André offer Iyengar Yoga classes to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Through skilful instruction, use of props, individual pose modifications, and hands-on adjustments, yoga is made accessible to all.

The classes are focused on ease of movement, kindness to self and avoiding harm by identifying and removing repetitive stress injury patterns.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday 8:30 - 9:30
  • Thursday 9:15 - 10:15
  • Thursday 17:30 - 19:00 (Intermediate class)

Please be ready to start on your mat on time.
